We provide services in analysis and valuation, structuring of property holdings into corporate entities, portfolio restructuring, and negotiation in connection with acquisitions and divestments. We also offer advisory services within property development and financing.

We operate across all types of property and corporate transactions — from large-scale portfolios to single-asset deals, as well as traditional property brokerage. Zelvio’s engagement extends throughout the entire process, from initial analysis and structured packaging to due diligence and final negotiation.

Magnus Nibelius

FOUNDER – PARTNER

Magnus’s expertise lies in strategic advisory services for property transactions and corporate acquisitions. With a long and solid background in the manufacturing industry—focused on the mining and construction sectors—Magnus has established long-term, successful business relationships with leading companies such as LKAB, NCC, Skanska, and PEAB.

In addition to his extensive experience, Magnus is a skilled negotiator with a proven track record in managing large and complex deals. His goal-oriented approach, combined with a deep understanding of business dynamics and underlying mechanisms, makes him highly skilled at driving transactions that create value for all parties involved.

After completing his Executive MBA at Stockholm University, Magnus founded Zelvio AB specializing in advisory services for property transactions and corporate acquisitions. Through his engagement in the financial sector, Magnus also offers clients capital market services, including advisory support, capital raising, and financing for real estate acquisitions.

Magnus holds an MSc in Economics as well as an Executive MBA from Stockholm University.

P-O Skoog

PARTNER

P-O works with strategic advisory services in property transactions, as well as real estate economic analysis and property valuation. He has a background as a partner at Forum Fastighetsekonomi, where he worked for thirty years, including nine years as the company’s CEO. With his extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Swedish real estate market and its various stakeholders, P-O has built a wide professional network that serves as a valuable resource in his role at Zelvio.

P-O holds a Master of Science in Engineering Kungl. Tekniska Högskolan Stockholm.
